Litho Print

Litho – also known as lithography or lithographic or offset printing – remains the go-to method for large print runs the world over, despite the advent of digital print. Requiring great skill and experience, which our team has in abundance, litho delivers high volume, high accuracy printing which is ideal for larger projects such as books, brochures and prospectuses. In contrast to digital print, this method is more time-consuming and costly in the initial set-up but quickly delivers economies of scale over longer print runs.

Our Heidelberg Speedmaster CX 75 is the flexible straight-printing press in 520mm × 720mm (19.69 × 27.56 in) format. There are no challenges in commercial, label, and packaging printing that it cannot handle, and no customer requirements that it cannot meet. The perfect interaction of all components enables the Heidleberg Speedmaster CX 75 to easily process materials from lightweight paper through to rigid cardboard, while satisfying the high demands for print quality.

The press is calibrated to ISO 12647-2:2013 British Standard for both coated and uncoated paper and board stocks. The press is on a maintenance contract with Heidelberg ensuring these standards are kept consistent at all times.
